philippe noel is a tropical music fanatic in montreal.
he has started collecting records, especially rare vintage brazilian records,
for 6 years (actually he has travelled to brazil three times). but now
he is digging colombia, panama, trinidad, guadeloupe, martinique and haitian
music.
we are so lucky to get to know him. we guess we have a same taste for music.
it's very fun to exchange information of records and music with him.
do you know 75 % of taxi drivers in montreal are haitian? philippe told us so, therefore the best way to find the haitian
rare records is to become a friend with them!
